RADIOGRAPHY: The RT department has 6 exposure rooms with an adjoining viewing area equipped with two Kodak film processors. We use Amersham gamma devices, 4 iridium and 2 cobalt for thicker materials up to 6" of steel. Fully equipped 4-wheel drive mobile darkrooms with 4 portable x-ray units for site use. Our x-ray capabilities are supplied by 4 constant potential Phillips x-ray tubes, 2-150Kv and 2-300Kv fixed units.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE: The MT department has two stationary Magnaflux 5000 amp FWDC bench units with up to 100" capacity. Two demagnetizing coils up to 24" diameters as well as a portable 5000 amp FWDC unit, and 4 AC. portable yokes for field applications.

LIQUID PENTETRANT: The PT department has 3 water wash fluorescent lines and 1 post emulsified line. We use Magnaflux penetrants from level 1 to 4 sensitivities, along with color contrast spray cans for field applications.

ULTRASONIC: The UT department has a three axis immersion tank with a 30" capacity along with two Sonic mk.IV UT bench scopes, and two Sonotest 230 sitescan for field applications.

CLEANING: This department services all four processes and utilizes the approved methods, for pre-penetrant etch requirements of aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium. We employ vapor degreasing and alkaline cleaning to suit technical requirements.

Our operating hours are from 7am to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer a pick-up and delivery service for the Montreal area.
